As a full time Windsor Co‑Manager, you are the Store Manager’s “right hand”. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

• You drive sales and ensure the overall success of the store. You build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer. You analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors. You take on challenges and deliver business solutions to do more with less and create value for the brand.
• You help the Store Manager find the right talent, maintain a wide talent pool, and provide an exceptional onboarding experience supporting the company retention goals.
• You organize and plan in detail to get the job done. You analyze reports and communications to support payroll compliance, execute operations and create the Oasis for your customers.
• You prioritize training and developing your team, lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and utilizing company tools and programs.
• You uphold integrity and follow all Windsor policy and procedures.
• In partnership with the Store Manager, you support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, keep the store neat, clean and tidy, and make smart merchandising decisions.
• You promote Windsor values in everything you do and foster a culture of respect, care, ownership and personal commitment.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in both group and one‑on‑one settings.
• Open to feedback and always ready to improve.

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0‑25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.

The environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
