Team Leader (Part‑Time, San Diego)

In San Diego, the starting hourly base rate for Team Jeni’s Team Leaders is $20.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn an average of $30.72 per hour!

Team Jeni’s Team Leaders are part‑time crew members who lead shifts. In addition to leading shifts, you will scoop and serve ice cream to our customers, make waffle products, run the register with cash‑management responsibilities, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks.
