Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service.

- Open and close the store as required.
- Serve as the go‑to leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager.
- Support sales and retail/omni KPI target achievement as part of the store leadership team.
- Provide in‑depth information on technical product portfolio.
- Seek and offer solutions to athletes based on their requests.
- Utilize technology to support service and sales processes.
- Maintain and support store safety standards.
- Ensure audit compliance and shrink results meet loss‑prevention standards.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and report unusual activity.
- Assume additional Keyholder, Stock responsibilities as needed.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
- At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
- Exposure to Keyholder responsibilities.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Comfortable with technology (hand‑held, mobile devices).
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic people management skills.
- Proficient in computer use and technology.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) during shift.
- Physical ability to access all store areas.
- Fluent in local language; basic verbal English.
- Experience in a leadership position preferred.
- Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
- Moderate knowledge of retail operations and ability to implement solutions.
