About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and responsible cashier to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately to join the fast casual MOOYAH Burgers team.
Main Responsibilities- Managing transactions, making sure pricing is accurate
- Accepting payments and providing receipts
- Bagging purchased goods
- Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
- Managing transactions using a cash register
- Balancing the cash register
- Making shakes
- Accepting payments in cash, credit
- Providing change and receipts
- Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards
- Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints
- Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport
- Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Keeping the dine clean at all time
- Making sure condiments are clean and full
- Going above and beyond for our guest
- Restroom clean and stocked all the time
- Must have at least a high school degree
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer knowledge and good math skills
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints
- Excellent communication skills
- out going personality is a must
