Commercial Allocator and Stock Coordinator

As a Commercial Stock Allocator, you'll help ensure the right products are available in the right places at the right time across LEGOLAND California Resort. You'll manage inventory levels, replenish stock, analyze sales trends, and work closely with teams across the Resort to maximize product availability, improve the guest experience, and support sales.

Using inventory and sales data, you'll make informed decisions about stock allocation, identify inventory issues, and help maintain accurate inventory records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum & Maximum Stock Management:
  Maintain, review, and recommend adjustments to product minimum and maximum inventory levels based on sales performance, product demand, seasonality, attendance, operating calendars, events, promotions, and changing business needs.
• Product Assortment & Range Planning:
  Maintain accurate product assortment information, range plans, and order documentation in partnership with NA Buying and Merchandising and Commercial Operations. Ensure products are appropriately ranged and allocated to commercial locations based on store identity, available space, and commercial strategy.
• Purchase Order Allocation:
  Review incoming purchase orders and complete product distribution and allocation requirements in alignment with direction from NA Buying and Merchandising. Ensure new and incoming products are appropriately allocated across Resort commercial locations.
• New Product & Initiative Support:
  Support the allocation and launch of new products, commercial offerings, seasonal events, promotions, locations, and Resort initiatives. Coordinate with key stakeholders to establish initial stock allocations, replenishment strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Inventory Control & Stock Integrity:
  Partner with Inventory Control, Warehouse, and Commercial Operations to maintain accurate inventory records and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Support cycle counts, physical inventories, negative inventory reporting, high‑value product counts, damaged merchandise processes, and other inventory control activities.
• Stock Transfers & Rebalancing:
  Regularly review inventory across commercial locations and coordinate store-to-store and Warehouse-to-store transfers to improve product availability, respond to changing demand, reduce excess inventory, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Warehouse & Delivery Coordination:
  Partner closely with the Warehouse and Logistics team to establish replenishment priorities, coordinate product movement and deliveries, and ensure efficient stock distribution to commercial locations.
• Storage Capacity & Stock Flow:
  Review commercial location storage capacity and operational requirements to ensure stock allocations and deliveries are appropriate for available space. Identify and communicate potential storage, delivery, or stock flow concerns and support the development of effective solutions.
• Commercial Performance Analysis:
  Analyze product and location‑level sales performance, inventory levels, rate of sale, stock cover, attendance trends, seasonality, events, promotions, and other business factors to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Reporting & Business Intelligence:
  Develop and maintain regular reporting that provides clear visibility of sales performance, inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, inventory discrepancies, and other key commercial metrics.
• Invoice & Receiving Support:
  Partner with Warehouse Receiving, Finance, NA Buying and Merchandising, and other stakeholders to support effective invoice matching, receiving, and inventory processes and assist with the timely resolution of discrepancies.
