Lids -  - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when Store Manager is not present;
Explain and enforce brand standards and policies while fostering an inclusive team environment;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during peak periods;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience efforts to meet KPIs and sales targets; address customer feedback and escalations;
Educate customers about membership programs and in-store offers; ensure up-to-date merchandising and VM standards;
Maintain professional appearance per company dress code and ensure store cleanliness and visual guidelines;
Execute operations directives, maintain a safe work environment, and manage store technology/tools (MPOS, Lids Custom);
Manage cash handling and bank deposits; prepare for and assist with inventory audits; open/close store per procedures;
Protect company assets and maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, transfers, price changes, and stock counts;
Organize backroom for efficiency and optimize layout for product presentation and seasonal changes
