We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote innovative and clinically proven pharmaceutical products. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals, driving sales growth in the primary care specialty and/or entry level markets.

• Quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics and practice settings
• Comprehend product knowledge, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines and use that knowledge to deliver sales presentations
• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth
• Promote products ethically and in compliance with company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings

• Preferred sales experience and ability to demonstrate sales ability
• Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for excellence and embrace competition
• Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
• Documented leadership ability
• Effective administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
