Manager, Business Sales

As a Manager, Business Sales at Spectrum, you will manage daily operations, mentor account executives and inspire your team to surpass budgeted sales goals. • Coach,leadand motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
• Develop andmaintaina comprehensive team territory plan while setting andmonitoringindividual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools
• Resolve customer complaints and address issuesimpactingsales operations tomaintainefficiency
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools,processand product updates
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts,presentations and sales
• Ensureaccuratecompletion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience

• Read, write,speakand understand English
• Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with a focus on telephone and Internet fundamentals
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

The base pay for this position generally is between $69,000.00 and $.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $73,000
