Regional Accounts Representative

• Work with Customer and OSRs to establish mutually beneficial inventory levels, replenishment plans, positioning, and merchandising plans across all product categories
• Sell and promote Callaway Golf Company products to assigned accounts within a given territory/region
• Maintain a call average minimum of 150 outgoing sales calls per week with a minimum of 25 hours talk time
• Prepare annual sales plans, call rotations, and business plans for assigned territories
• Reinforce merchandising of Callaway Golf products within retail locations consistent with sales program requirements and premium brand image
• Utilize and manage sales tools including product samples, fitting systems, POP, POS materials, and demos
• Maintain phone call and account rotation plans to contact customers regularly and develop strong business partnerships with key accounts
• Document daily sales calls using contact management tools and use information to sell products
• Visit customers in various markets to understand the market landscape and strengthen relationships and the Callaway brand
• Place customer orders, communicate product availability, follow up, and provide solutions to customer issues
• Communicate with department leadership to develop business strategies and identify opportunities
• Analyze internal reports and customer information to monitor business and identify opportunities
• Participate in meetings at Callaway Golf headquarters to contribute to and understand initiatives and strategies
• Manage budgets to ensure program success and execution of supported initiatives
• Organize, plan, and coordinate customer meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3-5 years of Sales Experience (preferably with multi-door Accounts)
• Expertise with all Callaway Golf IT/Order Management/Software productivity platforms
• Callaway Golf product expertise
• Strong knowledge of Retail Sales Operations and Retail performance metrics
• Highly assessed selling and marketing skills
• High-energy individual with strong multi-tasking and relationship building skills

Demonstrates expertise in Sales Operations and Retail Performance Metrics, with a strong focus on building relationships and executing effective merchandising strategies. Proficient in utilizing Callaway Golf IT and Order Management platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
