Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.;
Monitor visitor access, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.;
Receive and direct visitors, answer incoming calls, provide site information, and communicate professionally with personnel and guests.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.;
Report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
