This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of HVAC and Plumbing located in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the manager will coordinate scheduling, handle project planning, monitor budgets, and ensure the timely completion of HVAC and plumbing projects.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing practices, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience in customer relationship management and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both HVAC and plumbing systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Relevant certifications in HVAC and plumbing are preferred
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in the HVAC and plumbing industry
