  Solid hands‑on experience in multiple residential trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, interior/exterior painting, basic plumbing (swapping fixtures, fixing leaks), basic electrical (replacing outlets, fans, fixtures), and door/window installations.
• Tools and Transportation: A reliable truck or van capable of safely transporting an 8‑foot ladder and materials, along with your own set of basic hand and power tools.

  The ability to explain repair options clearly to customers and represent the company with a professional, clean appearance.
• Local Residence and Licensing: Must live in the San Diego North County area, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Physical Capabilities: Physical stamina to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work safely throughout the day.

• Experience using digital dispatch, scheduling, or estimating apps on a smartphone or tablet.
• Advanced custom carpentry or tile installation skills.
• Prior experience running your own handyman business or leading small repair crews.
