Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Tech I in Carlsbad, CA to perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property. You will assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks and basic repairs, using CMMS to document work orders, and coordinate with guests to ensure satisfaction.
The role requires a safety-conscious approach, on-call availability, and the ability to work with a diverse team in a resort environment. Prior hospitality maintenance experience is preferred.
