Job Description & How to Apply Below
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting;
Utilize CMMS and mobile apps to create and close work orders with data (labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, parts used);
Inspect tools, equipment, work areas, and maintain maintenance inventory; respond to resort guest facilities issues and set service expectations;
Follow OSHA safety practices and participate in Resort Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team;
Be available for regular on-call work assignments, off-hours shifts, and emergency overtime; travel to regional locations as needed
