Sr. HCM Integrations Analyst

** ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Partner with business teams and vendors to analyze integration requirements and resolve integration-related issues.

Collaborate with offshore technology teams to support issue resolution, knowledge transfer, handovers, and business continuity planning.
** TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
** 3 - 4 years of Workday integration development experience

Experience building integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday APIs, SOAP/REST services, or middleware tools.

Experience with OX to migrate integrations.

Experience in monitoring and supporting integrations between Workday and internal/external vendor systems.

Experience with Workday HCM modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Compensation Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and troubleshooting integration.

Strong collaboration and communication skills
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
** 3 - 4 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience

Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production environments.

Experience working in a compliant and auditable enterprise technology environment.
