Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Looking for Shipping Clerk jobs in Carlsbad where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of related experience
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Epicor experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
• Available for occasional mandatory overtime and weekend work

• Inspect and process incoming products for shipment
• Prepare UPS, Fed Ex, and freight shipments
• Package, label, and verify outgoing products
• Communicate shipping information to customers
• Assist with finished-goods quality inspections
• Fulfill production-floor material requests
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Process returns and scrap nonconforming materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
