Material Handler

Warehouse Associate / Material Handler Job Summary

Under direct supervision, responsible for shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and transporting materials to support warehouse and in-plant logistics. Ensures accurate inventory transactions while working in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

• Load, unload, move, receive, and ship materials.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, store, and deliver materials for production/work orders.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, side-loader), pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Support team operations, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Complete inventory transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform basic warehouse documentation and clerical tasks.

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in manufacturing, warehouse, and cold storage environments while following all safety and GMP guidelines.
