Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist; Shipping & Receiving

Step into the flow of a busy warehouse day At Pride Staff, you'll keep products moving and customers smiling. Picture your morning at 7:30 am in Vista, CA: you print and distribute pick lists, pull finished goods from inventory, carefully band and pack each order, and make sure every box is accurate and shipment-ready. By afternoon, you're booking pickups, loading trucks, and helping keep the operation organized and on time.

• Hours:
  
  7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $22-$24 per hour

• Print and distribute daily orders/pick lists for the team.
• Pull finished goods from inventory, band/strap, and pack for shipment with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Process outbound shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, and other freight systems as needed.
• Complete Bills of Lading and arrange freight pickups.
• Stage and organize outgoing product; load orders onto trucks safely.
• Receive and offload inbound shipments; verify and organize receipts.
• Enter customer shipment data in Epicor and print packing slips.
• Support the Warehouse Lead with day-to-day operations, shipping/receiving system processes, and cycle counts.
• Ensure only quality product ships and maintain high order accuracy.

• Moderate physical work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with frequent standing and regular bending.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to dust and chemicals.
• Forklift certification required.
