Business Services Coordinator III is a technical administrative position supporting organized, cross‑functional activity within a structured business environment. This role requires strong communication, careful coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Role Context

This position supports a programmed, department, or initiative by coordinating administrative activities, meetings, and information flow. The role is suited to a candidate who can work with moderate direction and handle varied business support tasks in a fast‑paced setting.

About the Role

The Business Services Coordinator III contributes to the smooth operation of business support activities by helping maintain coordination across departments and individuals. The position also supports general administrative delivery, helping the company stay organized and responsive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and support activities for a program, department, or initiative.
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of efforts.
  • Ensure coordination of activities across departments and individuals.
  • Provide general meeting support and schedule coordination.
  • Perform duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
  • Work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
  • Multi‑task and prioritize.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to Monohan for supplies.
