Main Functions- Organize and support activities for programs, departments, or business initiatives.
- Perform a variety of administrative and coordination duties.
- Coordinate activities across departments and individuals to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide meeting support, including scheduling and coordination.
- Work with moderate supervision while exercising sound judgment and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative support experience.
- Scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Meeting coordination and logistics.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
- Able to work independently with moderate direction.
