Responsible for overseeingdaily pipeline construction operations from start to completion while ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Supervises field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and production activitieswhile maintaining communication with project management, inspectors, and the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day pipelineconstruction activities and field operations.
  • Supervise foremen,operators, laborers, welders, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate manpower,equipment, materials, and daily work schedules.
  • Ensure pipelineinstallation, welding, coating, lowering-in, back filling, hydrotesting, and restoration activities meet project specifications.
  • Monitor production, quality,and job progress to maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate with inspectors,company representatives, engineers, and other contractors.
  • Review plans, drawings,specifications, and work scopes to ensure proper execution.
  • Track equipment, materials,manpower, and production reports.
  • Identify and resolve fieldissues, delays, and changes in scope.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate project status to management.
  • Ensure crews properlyoperate and maintain heavy equipment and construction tools.
  • Assist with planning and execution of tie-ins, crossings, bores, and other pipeline construction activities.
  • Promote a safe, productive,and professional work environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of pipelineconstruction experience, with supervisory or superintendent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of oilfieldpipeline construction and field operations.
  • Experience managing multiplecrews and heavy equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and plans.
  • Strong leadership,communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work long hours,weekends, and varying schedules as required by the project.
  • Valid driver’s license andability to travel to job sites.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and pipeline safety requirements.
  • MUST be legal to work in the United States.
