Manager Of Construction And Special Projects
Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Construction, the Manager of Construction and Special Projects plans, coordinates, and manages construction, renovation, capital improvement, and other assigned special projects from initial planning through closeout. The position works with campus stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with institutional standards, contract requirements, and applicable laws and codes.
