As a new Full-Time MSA at Mighty Wash, your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, processing customer transactions, and supporting a high standard of quality. You will actively collaborate with team members to promote efficiency and innovation. Your role includes customer service, subscription sales, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will engage with customers directly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues with a focus on achieving results.
