JOB LOCATION: Buffalo Thunder and Cities of Gold Casino’s

REPORTS TO: Player Development Manager

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

FLSA STATUS: This is a full- or part-time, hourly, non-exempt position

JOB PURPOSE: Develops guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs. Answering inquiries,fulfilling requests and maintaining database. This is an entry level position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as initial contact and key data entry clerk for Call Center information
• Serve large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact and service
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Provide services to response to guest requirements
• Maintains call center database by entering information
• Conduct informal surveys and queries
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
• Must be people oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and active listening
• Skill in using computer and programs
• Basic math skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Basic computer experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Office/casino setting;
  Shift work;
  Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise
• Some light lifting and carrying required
