Job Goal
To provide supervision, assistance and professional growth to school administrators, including training and mentoring in the application of NM Leadership competencies and best practices to improve student achievement and maintain a safe, caring, and orderly learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Have or be able to obtain a NM Administrative License.
3. At least three years of successful experience as a classroom teacher.
4. At least four years of successful experience as a school administrator.
5. Advanced graduate work in education in the areas of educational leadership, development, supervision, and/or instructional practices preferred.
6. Such alternatives or additional qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
