Goodnight Midstream provides trusted oilfield water management to oil and gas producers. The Company owns and operates an extensive network of water gathering pipelines and saltwater disposal wells focused on gathering and disposing of produced saltwater for its customers. The Company is supported by a team of highly experienced engineers and operating professionals.

• Conducting routine facility visits and visual inspections of sites, pipelines, and equipment.
• Performing pipeline operations and maintenance, including valve inspections, leak detection/testing, transfer pump operation and general system support.
• Monitoring pipeline pressures, flow rates, and reporting key operational data.
• Maintaining accurate records, daily logs and inventory of supplies and spare parts.
• Assisting with utility and pipeline locates, responding to Onecalls, and overseeing excavation work.
• Serving as the company representative for line crossings, Hydrovac services, and back filling operations.
• Accurately recording operational data and maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Monitoring and supporting on-site subcontractors and providing feedback to management.
• Traveling to multiple sites as needed to support operations.
• Driving and maintaining a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Performing monthly NORM, SPCC, and site inspections, documenting findings in the work order system.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of directly-related industry experience will be considered; minimum of 1 year of Operator experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge and experience with computer systems such as FIIX, SCADA, Teams, Answernet, Eagle Eye, and truck ticketing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

This is a hands-on, physical role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and around industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to climb ladders, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, and pull as part of routine tasks. The role requires regularly lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, as well as walking long distances and entering confined spaces.

Operating a company vehicle will be necessary for at least 70% of the time. Must be comfortable working with computers, monitoring screens, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight, early mornings, and weekends, as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working around high-pressure pipelines, hazardous chemicals, and flammable products, with frequent exposure to high noise levels and adverse driving conditions.

Operators work two-week shifts, called hitches. During their hitch, Operators are expected to work 12 hours per day, from 7 am to 7 pm. During their hitch, but while not working, Operators may engage in normal private pursuits, including eating, sleeping, entertaining, and other periods of complete freedom from all duties when they may leave the premises for their own purposes.

However, Operators must be able to respond to on-site issues/situations in a reasonably timely manner. Overtime may be required.
