Salary $70,000 - $110,000 per year

We are a leading National Energy Company, eagerly looking to add a Planning / Scheduler to our Carlsbad, NM Location!

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for refinery and pipeline equipment.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize scheduling.
• Use SAP, Primavera P6, and other planning tools to track and adjust schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all scheduled activities.
• Support turnaround planning, project execution, and logistics coordination.

• 2+ years of experience in planning/scheduling (preferably in energy, refining, or midstream).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, reliability programs, or project scheduling.
• Proficiency in SAP, Maximo, or Primavera P6 (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
