Shift: Mid Shift | 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Location: Roswell, New Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Roswell, NM. The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging results. This position works a mid shift from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM and supports evening imaging needs.

Residency Requirement: Candidates must live at least 50 miles outside of Roswell, NM
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and physician orders
  • Ensure patient identification, safety screening, and proper positioning
  • Administer contrast media as required, following safety and infection control guidelines
  • Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs or adverse reactions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Follow all departmental policies, regulatory standards, and radiation safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
  • Participate in quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and continuing education
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT (CT) certification required (or ARRT Radiography with CT certification eligibility)
  • Current New Mexico Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT experience preferred (new graduates with CT training may be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of CT anatomy, protocols, and radiation safety
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during mid and evening hours
  • Strong attention to detail and image quality
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Work Schedule

Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

May include weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities as required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift

Ability to lift and position patients with or without assistance

Manual dexterity to operate imaging equipment
