The Sleep Laboratory Technician collects, analyzes, and integrates patient data to determine testing parameters while working closely with the ordering physician or clinical director. This role ensures accurate data acquisition, patient safety, and high-quality diagnostic testing in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.

• Prepare, calibrate, and adjust sleep lab equipment to ensure proper operation
• Apply electrodes and sensors per accepted standards and perform physiological calibrations
• Conduct PAP mask fittings and therapeutic interventions including PAP, BiPAP, and oxygen administration
• Perform diagnostic procedures including MSLT, MWT, and oxygen titration
• Monitor polysomnographic data quality, identify artifacts, and troubleshoot signal issues
• Document sleep stages, clinical events, and procedural observations
• Score sleep studies and generate accurate reports for physician review
• Provide age-appropriate patient care, education, and support
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and professional standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• RPSGT certification required
• Active New Mexico license required
• BLS required

• No call required
• No floating required
