The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overseeing day to day operations and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and maintains a safe, secure, and organized warehouse environment.

** Essential

Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

+ Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.

+ Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.

+ Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.

+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

+ Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.

+ Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.

+ Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

** Education & Certifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required

** Work Experience*
* + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in the natural gas compression industry.

** Skills & Abilities*
* + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

+ Promote culture of customer service.

** Physical Demands*
* + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided

+ Ability to travel to and from locations.

+ Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for handling materials.

+ Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

+ Must be able to work under pressure and occasional long or irregular hours.
