Job Title
The incumbent provides management direction and oversight for cultural and natural resources;
Manages Division activities to ensure maximum use of personnel, materials and funds so that the park's cultural and natural resources are protected and preserved while ensuring visitor enjoyment. Provide long-term vision as well as leadership, motivation, inspiration and follow through to staff, volunteers, partners, and public. Will coordinate the review of all research permit applications. Will Coordinate environmental and cultural resource compliance for park projects and operations, including NEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and other applicable federal laws, regulations, and policies.
