Commissary Supervisor

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. Responsible for the oversight and coordination of all night operations at the Cannon AFB Commissary, including stocking, RSHA, and custodial tasks. Acts as the PM Representative in the absence of the Project Manager and holds authority to make operational decisions on behalf of ENMRSH, Inc. during night hours.

• High School Diploma or higher
• 21 years or older
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a commissary, warehouse, or custodial environment preferred
• Knowledge of DeCA commissary operations and PWS compliance standards preferred
• OSHA-compliant forklift/MHE certification required or must be obtained upon hire
• Physical ability to perform stocking, custodial, and RSHA tasks as needed
• Must maintain current job coaching certification and all ENMRSH-required training including HIPAA, Standard Precautions, and ANE Awareness
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Possess a REAL  valid driver's license
• Pass an initial federal background check and subsequent annual recheck to maintain all employment at CAFB
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Possess a working telephone
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

• Requires use of hands, arms, and fingers
• Must be able to stand, work, and kneel for 6-8 hour shifts
• Must be physically capable of working in different work environments
• Must be able to balance, climb, bend, stoop, and kneel
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently
