Mitigation Manager
Location:
San Diego, Orange, Riverside Counties
Our company serves over 10 million people across these counties, providing residential and limited commercial mitigation services. With a crew of seven and average residential jobs around $5,000, we perform 1.3K–1.5K jobs annually.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a mitigation crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Work closely with insurance carriers (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Contractor Connection) to secure and process jobs.
- Oversee the asbestos licensing process and maintain compliance with California regulations.
- Generate new leads and assist the in‑house plumber with leak detection and service opportunities.
- Drive business growth and develop strategies to increase mitigation revenue.
- Proven experience managing a mitigation or related field crew.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of California asbestos and plumbing licensing requirements.
- Familiarity with insurance carrier workflows (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Contractor Connection).
- Ability to work across San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
Salary with commission, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, based on company and individual performance. Expected mitigation revenue target: $5–7 million within 3–5 years.
