Tool Assistant

Schedule:

Day shift - 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, rotational - 14 days on, 7 days off (Monday
- Sunday) looking for local candidates only. The hiring manager would like to interview and hire ASAP.

Top skills/experience (highly preferred):

• Must be honest, reliable, and dependable
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus
• 1-2 years of experience working with tools (tearing down, cleaning, rebuilding)
• 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing shop or a warehouse environment
• 2-5 years of experience with manual labor
• Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude in previous roles
• Must be computer literate and tech savvy
• Candidates have stable work tenure (avoid submitting any candidates who have moved positions every few months)
• Punctuality is very important. We need a candidate who will show up to work on time, every day (ensure they are vetted on any attendance issues in the past)

Responsibilities:

• Wash, tear down, rebuild and test Cyclops Setting Tools according to NOV work instructions under supervision.
• Report all steps of the Cyclops Recycling Program using NOV software.
• Ensure equipment and tools are available, maintained, and ready for use.
• Assist with tool deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Downhole tool experience preferred, not required.
• Background in manufacturing, assembly, or shop work is a bonus.
• 14/7 schedule
  - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support field operations.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
