RWDY Inc in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Production Lead II to manage a shift team responsible for safe, efficient operation and reliable output. You will make operational decisions for a process unit with minimal supervision and ensure SSHE compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving during emergencies, abnormal operations, and turnarounds. Schedule is 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime and a $45/hr compensation.
