- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback and results.
- Utilize pipelines to track and achieve surgical targets.
- Ensure high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
- Adapt to evolving practices and technologies in the operating room.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license with operating room experience.
- Proficiency in surgical procedures and operating room protocols.
- Excellent skills in monitoring patient vitals and emergency response.
- Strong ability to maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control.
- Experience in documenting surgical procedures and patient information accurately.
- Ability to contribute to a growth-oriented and results-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
