• EMR: Med Host

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN or medical-surgical nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse license (compact or New Mexico RN license as required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

• Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travel nurses
• Ability to float between units and handle on-call responsibilities
• Familiarity with Med Host EMR is a plus

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical inpatient unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to provider orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, therapists, case management) for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families on discharge plans and self-care
• Participate in unit floating and on-call duties as assigned
