We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel contract in Carlsbad, NM. Quick submission and fast placement!

• Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours:
  
  36 hours per week (3x12s)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Floating and call required

📍 Carlsbad, New Mexico

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring vital signs
• Administering medications and IV therapies per physician orders
• Managing multiple patient assignments in a fast‑paced acute care setting
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educating patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Documenting all care accurately in the EMR system
• Responding appropriately to changes in patient condition

• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS required
• PALS preferred
