- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1770 per week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — please ensure eligibility for New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience required (medical-surgical nursing)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (American Heart Association)
- PALS certification preferred
- Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travelers — confirm your agency is registered with the State of New Mexico (process may take several weeks)
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients on a general medical-surgical inpatient unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, interventions, and progress using Med Host EMR
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other units as needed and participate in call for census flex to support the facility
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Gain robust med-surg clinical experience in a supportive community hospital setting
