Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting for a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care at one of our in‑center hemodialysis units. This full‑time position offers competitive pay, a sign‑on bonus of $10,000 (or $12,000 with dialysis experience), paid training, excellent benefits, Sundays off, and a culture focused on individualized patient care.
ScheduleFull‑time, three 12‑hour shifts per week. Shifts are assigned upon hire and Sundays are scheduled off. No overnight shifts are required.
CompensationPay ranges from $32 per hour to $42 per hour, depending on dialysis experience. A sign‑on bonus of $10,000 (or $12,000 with dialysis experience) is paid upon starting.

- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes with physicians and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested

- Ability to problem‑solve
- An accredited nursing degree is required
- Dialysis experience is not required; job shadow opportunities available
- DCI provides three months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
