• Hospital‑employed position
• Preferred schedule: 7‑on / 7‑off (flexible scheduling available)

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current New Mexico NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital‑based team environment
• Prior inpatient experience preferred but not required (based on role expectations)
