Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms for surgery and arrange necessary instruments.
- Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and surgical team members.
- Update physician preference cards as needed.
- Assist surgeons during procedures with scrubbing responsibilities.
- Mentor less experienced staff and oversee personnel delivering care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 2 years operating room nursing experience.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Proficiency with general, ortho, OBGYN, and specialized surgical procedures.
- Experience with both adult and pediatric patient care.
- Familiarity with DaVinci robotic systems and endoscopic procedures.
