Talent Burst is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift at Carlsbad Medical Center. This on-site, 13-week contract starts ASAP and pays $20–$21 per hour plus a weekly stipend of $1,603. The role requires floating to ER and Med-Surg units, with a night schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years ICU experience, BLS/ACLS, ER and Med-Surg exposure, and TNCC is preferred. Ventilator management and drips experience are advantageous.
