American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel position requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.

• General Medical-Surgical inpatient nursing unit, with occasional non-critical pediatric patients on the floor
• Rehab unit also included in assignment
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Night shift, 6:30p-7a
• Floating required
• Census-based on-call flex prior to scheduled shift start when patient census is low
• EMR:
  Med Host
• Scrubs of any color permitted

• Active RN license (NM state or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Active driver's license and US SSN required for consideration
• Fingerprinting required for all NM travelers

• Perform general Med/Surg nursing duties, including care for occasional non-critical pediatric patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local travelers accepted)
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
