Patient Ratio: 4:1
Blocked Scheduling is NOT approved
48 hr. guarantees are NOT approved
RTO blackout dates or required holidays: 1 Summer & 1 Winter; dependent on dept needs
Max RTO: 1 per Schedule; 6 Week Scheduling
Floating is required:
Floating is within the nurse's scope and experience; ICU is typically where they would float to if needed.
