Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities- Check in with supervisor and teammates, review daily assignments, load tools and equipment.
- Mow, edge, and trim large lawn areas, sidewalks, driveways, and around trees, fences, and other hard‑to‑reach spots.
- Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, or plant seasonal flowers.
- Clean up, blow off walkways, clear debris, and ensure the site looks polished.
- Reload tools, communicate site notes or equipment issues to crew leader.
- Unload, clean up, and prep for the next day.
- Follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear at all times.
- Work well with others and listen to instructions.
- Open to learning new tasks and improving skills.
- Bring a positive attitude and show up ready to contribute.

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Involves repetitive motions such as raking, shoveling, trimming, and pushing landscaping equipment.
- Requires sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform detailed tasks.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
- May involve exposure to dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscaping materials or chemicals.
- Requires visual acuity to inspect work quality, identify hazards, and ensure safety compliance.
- Must be able to hear and respond to verbal instructions, equipment sounds, and environmental cues.
- Involves navigating uneven terrain, slopes, and potentially slippery or muddy surfaces.
- May require wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and boots.
