Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including team member execution on customer service programs.;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and orders/transfers are processed promptly.;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, secure money/deposits, and maintain store security.;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and communicate Zipline messages as assigned.
