Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, and arming/disarming security alarms.;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and handle returns/exchanges/refunds according to policy.;
Coordinate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks, and ensure staff adhere to posted work schedules and clock in/out procedures.
