Job Overview

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in Carlsbad, NM. The position involves arranging beverage products on shelves and displays to attract customers and providing excellent customer service to store owners and customers.

• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, minimizing out‑of‑stocks.
• Orders product for assigned accounts following established procedures.
• Originates display ideas or follows suggestions from Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates effectively with key store personnel regarding any service or product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided POS materials.
• Wears company provided uniform and maintains a professional appearance.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate or other supervisor.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be willing and able to work mandatory non‑traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must work efficiently without direct supervision.
• Must exhibit high levels of accuracy in organizational tasks.

Competitive wages and a full‑scale benefit program including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) and retirement programs, paid leave and holidays. Pay rate: $15.00 per hour, seasonal.
