At Nuna, we believe parenting should feel supported, not complicated. As a Sales Associate, you will help families discover thoughtfully designed baby products while creating a warm, personalized, and memorable showroom experience.

You will be a Nuna brand ambassador, product expert, and friendly face customers can count on.

• Welcome customers, build genuine connections, and understand their needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and become a Nuna product expert.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Create an exceptional customer experience from greeting to checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful showroom and stockroom.
• Support inventory, product launches, campaigns, and daily store operations.
• Work collaboratively with your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Continuously learn and stay curious about our products and customers.

• One year of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Friendly, positive, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping people.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Curious, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new technology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

This is a part-time position requiring:

• Three weekdays, Monday through Thursday, with full-day availability.
• Two weekend days, Friday through Sunday, with full-day availability.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and scheduled training.
• Mandatory holiday blackout dates:
  Black Friday weekend and December 14–31.

Showroom hours: 10:00 am–6:00 pm daily. Full availability includes one hour before opening and one hour after closing.

$21–$31 per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
